Customer Check

Confirm the service result before the next big print.

Tune-Up

Run A Small Test

  • Run a small first-layer or calibration print.
  • Listen for rubbing, clicking, skipping, or grinding.
  • Watch the first 10 minutes before walking away.
  • Save any new slicer, Z-offset, or profile notes.

MARS

Check The Repair Area

  • Confirm the repaired accessory or moving part feels secure.
  • Recheck the same symptom that started the service request.
  • Take a short video if the issue returns.
  • Keep the quote or service notes with the printer.

Printed Part

Fit Before Force

  • Test-fit custom repair parts gently before tightening.
  • Do not force clips, brackets, covers, or guides.
  • Send photos if a fit needs adjustment.
  • Ask before sanding, drilling, heating, or modifying the part.

Filament

Watch The Path

  • Confirm filament is not rubbing, catching, or bending sharply.
  • Check sensor and spool movement during the first print.
  • Send photos if a guide shifts or needs a better angle.
  • Rebook if the filament path changes later.
