These are the actual reference photos from the GAR-BOT build folder. The center robot view shows where each real subsystem fits, while the measured STL drawing below keeps the print dimensions honest.

Top-shoulder clawsBoth claw assemblies sit above the front shoulder bridge, not down on the lower frame.

5V regulatorThe buck converter feeds the 5V electronics rail; the Pi 5 still needs a supply with enough current.

The current accuracy definition uses measured STL bounding boxes in millimeters, not visual guesses from the illustration. The 2026-06-14 mesh audit reports 38/38 PASS with one connected shell per file, zero open edges, and zero nonmanifold edges.
